The Howard County NAACP's Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics (ACT-SO) is a yearlong achievement program designed to recruit, stimulate, and encourage high academic and cultural achievement among African-American high school students.
The Howard County branch ACT-SO competition is Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 2pm at Wilde Lake Middle School. Contestants arrive no later than 1pm.
