NAACP Membership & Open Planning Meeting

All members and guests are invited to an open forum, which will introduce key committees and projected programs to help build the Howard County Branch of the NAACP.

The Branch will host and facilitate breakout sessions for standing committees to set goals, timelines and implementation strategies to build and activate Branch programs.
